As is customary, the meeting at the Harvard Club runs from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive at 10:00 a.m. sharp. We have a full day scheduled and you won’t want to miss a minute. The Roundtable Discussion du jour begins at 10:30 a.m. sharp.

Dan’s leadership career began with a leadership position in the non-profit world at the age of 19. His experience includes business ownership and 15 years as a Workforce Development Consultant for a regional Penn State Special Affiliate. Additionally, Dan has designed and delivered thousands of hours of training and presentations for local, regional, and multi-national organizations.

Two and a half years ago Dan began writing the Leadership Freak blog. Today, Leadership Freak is read in nearly every country on the globe. Every day Dan enjoys millions of touch-points through his extensive social-media presence. Jack Welch said, “I love your tweets.”

In addition to writing the Leadership Freak blog, Dan writes for the American Management Association, The Society for Human Resource Management, the Deloitte Leadership Academy, and others.

He is also a co-author to the soon to be released book, The Character Based Leader.

Currently, Dan coaches leaders, consults with organizations, and delivers corporate and community presentations.
